Job Title: Assembly Mechanic- Level III
Pay Rate: $24.00-$29.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 10-hour shifts; Overtime available
Location: Everett, WA
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
· Building packaging machine sub- assemblies
· Checking parts for proper manufacturing
· Installing mechanical components and sub-assemblies into machines using diagrams and written specifications
· Mounting auxiliary equipment to the machine
· Correctly positioning parts and drill, tap and ream holes at designated points
· Align and connect parts together with fasteners using hand and power tools
· Setup and operate machine for testing purposes.
· Strong customer service skills, a team-player attitude & regular and acceptable attendance are required.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES INCLUDE:
· 2-3 years of food or pharmaceutical packaging machinery maintenance experience is required.
· The ability to read schematics and blueprints is required.
· Maintenance experience in Auto/Diesel, and/or fabrication is a plus.
· The ability to stand much of the working day.
