THE FUTURE OF CAREGIVING

PT Nurse provides CBRF Certified Caregivers access to shift openings at local Community-Based Residential Facilities through the PT Nurse app (available on iOS and Android).

Must be able to provide proof of:

• Photo ID
• CBRF Certification
• MedPass Certification (Optional)
• CPR Certification
• TB Test (Within 12 Months)

Duties

• Directly assisting residents with aspects of daily living (ADL’s)
• Bathing
• Grooming
• Dressing
• Feeding
• Transporting
• Etc.
• Recording and reporting resident response to care in interactions
• Being a companion to facility residents
• Performing housekeeping duties
• Medication Reminders
• General supervision of residents
