• Applies powder paint to parts using powder coating equipment
• Follows work order instructions regarding paint specifications
• Performs daily equipment checks
• Excellent communication skills to develop effective working relationships with Wold team members
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• High attention to detail
• Participates in required safety training with a willingness to learn
• Maintain compliance by completing daily/monthly/quarterly maintenance checks on machinery
• Follows visual dispatch report to ensure completion of daily tasks.
• Ability to optimize use of various equipment in production process
• Maintains safe operations by wearing proper PPE and adhering to safety procedures and regulations per company policy as referenced in the Wold Employee Handbook
• Maintain general housekeeping of production area
• Develops and maintains positive relationships with all other departments.
• Regular and reliable attendance required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.50 per hour
