Head Nurse - Industrial jobs in Tulsa, OK

Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team! The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in an automotive or aerospace plants and have a background in industrial painting techniques and equipment (e.g. airbrush, airless spray guns). The primary responsibility of the Industrial Painter is to prepare surfaces and apply paint on trucks, airplanes, and other industrial equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with supervisors and managers to complete assigned painting projects
• Use preparation equipment, including sanding, masking and other techniques to prep surfaces for painting
• Mix paints, primers, and lacquers for use in the painting process
• Utilize high-volume and low-pressure (HVLP) paint spray equipment
• Load and unload of parts in preparation for painting
• Function effectively in a team and ensure quality control applies to all painted surfaces
• Maintain clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety regulations and housekeeping

Requirements:

• Automotive and aerospace industry experience
• Previous experience in a similar role highly preferred
• Experience in dealing with various chemicals and materials
• Must possess a current valid driver’s license
• Thorough understanding of industrial painting techniques and safety regulations
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand on ladders
• Must be comfortable working with power tools, lifts, and other heavy machinery

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
