Being a Head Nurse ensures that nurses are current in competencies, assessments, licensure, certifications, and other annual training. May provide direct patient care and is responsible for assessing, planning, and evaluating patients. Additionally, Head Nurse requires a bachelor's degree in nursing. Typically requires Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Requires Registered Nurse (RN). Typically reports to a director. The Head Nurse manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. The Machine Operator is responsible for the continuous flow of sauce packaging systems in a fast-paced work environment. You will clean, set-up, load pallets, and operate packaging or re-packaging systems efficiently and safely while maintaining quality and production standards at all times.
Requirements
• Performs operator adjustments, quality checks, and repairs to machine as needed
• Ensures cleanliness of machine and surrounding area
• Communicates with others as needed for successful completion of work
• Prepares samples for quality assurance testing
• Maintains logs for down time as well as for properly weighed packages
• Perform other related duties as required
