Role and Responsibilities:

• 🏡 Deliver exceptional at-home infusion care to patients in Augusta, focusing on personalized treatment.
• 💉 Administer and manage IVIG and other specialized infusion treatments.
• 📊 Conduct ongoing patient health assessments, adapting treatment plans as needed.
• 📝 Ensure meticulous documentation of all treatment activities in EMR, adhering to healthcare compliance.

Qualifications:

• 🎓 Nursing degree with substantial experience as an RN, or relevant experience as an IV Certified LVN/LPN.
• 🆔 Valid RN license in Georgia.
• ❤️ Current CPR/BLS certification.
• 🚗 Available for local travel within the Atlanta area.
• 💻 Proficiency in using EMR and other healthcare software.
