Head Nurse - Nursing Home plans and implements the overall nursing policies, procedures, and services for a nursing home. Maintains nursing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training clinical staff. May provide direct patient care and is responsible for assessing, planning, and evaluating patients.
