Job Title: Home Health Nurse
Duties:
- Provide personal care services to the patient in her home, including grooming and dressing.
- Assist with meal feeding.
- Administer medications.
- Monitor vital signs.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety at all times.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patient.
Qualifications:
- LPN or RN required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with patient and her family.
- Ability and understanding working with special needs individual, including those with cognitive impairment.
