We are constantly growing and now seeking a full-time or part- time Home Health RN to join our team in the Santa Barbara area (Goleta to Carpinteria).
Our nurses deliver high quality care to patients in their own home environment, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to address all the patient’s needs, developing relationships, and ensuring continuity of care. This highly rewarding field requires organization and the ability to work independently, managing your own caseload and making your own work schedule.
Work schedule: Monday through Friday, generally 8-5PM with a rotating weekend schedule.
Job Requirements: Current California RN license, at least one year of professional nursing work experience, CPR certified (Healthcare Provider), reliable vehicle to drive for work, current Driver's license and clean driving record, have and maintain auto insurance coverage. Home Health experience a plus.

This position is paid by the visit. Compensation for routine visits ranges from$54.00-$65.00 per visit; evaluations range from $92.00-$110.00 per visit; and admissions range from $162.00-$195.00 per visit. Each nurse has an hourly rate of pay for additional work hours, which ranges from $43.00-$50.00 per hour. Actual pay rates vary depending on factors including type of visit, type of experience, location, and years of experience.
