MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

TWO YEARS SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE IN A MEDICAL PRACTICE

• Supervision of patient scheduling, registration, financial counseling, medical records, billing and collection, data entry and processing, and documenting cash posting
• Clinical Medical Assistant experience required
• Coordination of the day to day operations of the practice
• Promoting excellent customer service by all levels of the staff
• Develops, implements, and maintains office policies and procedures
• Maintains and manages all filing and organizational systems for the practice
• Ensures patient satisfaction, including troubleshooting when there is a complaint and developing process improvements to prevent recurrences.
• Ensures regulatory compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, labor laws, and other federal, state, and local regulations including all hospital required privileges and compliance
• Coordinates staff meetings for administrative and clinical staff
• Coordinates logistics for internal and external meetings and conferences
• Ensures staffing is appropriate for day to day operations
• Assists in special projects
• Assists in recruiting and training of new employees
• Performs non-medical staff functions on an as-needed basis
• Performs other directives assigned by leading physician/ practitioners
• Maintain knowledge of EMR training and updates
• Facilitate cross-training of office personnel
• DigiChart/ AdvancedMD experience a plus
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
