Head Nurse - Occupational Health jobs in Sioux City, IA

Alpha Workforce Health, with over a decade of experience in outpatient occupational medicine, is expanding our dynamic team. We're seeking enthusiastic, energetic individuals to join our team, offering a vibrant work environment where the focus is on the patient and employer.

What You'll Do:

• Handle potential customer inquiries and help callers to schedule an appointment or come into the collection facility for testing, DOT physicals, or pre-employment physicals.
• Perform certified Toxicology screening tests
• Perform specimen collections following proper chain of custody procedures, packaging of specimens, and shipping package with appropriate courier.
• Perform medical history assessments including vital signs and gathering past medical history for physicals
• Collect payment from clients.
• Report Toxicology results to the client using the appropriate reporting protocol agreed upon by the client.
• Handle customer inquiries, and schedule appointments
• Manage testing supplies inventory.
• Work with a diverse customer base to provide exceptional customer service.

Who You Are:

• Preferred Occupational Medicine experience, but not required
• Preferred LPN or CNA, but not required
• A quick learner with a high-energy approach.
• Excellent multitasker with attention to detail.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 15 pounds.
