Head Nurse - Quality Improvement - Home Care develops and implements various activities to improve overall quality of organization. Participates in and serves as a resource to quality improvement committees. Being a Head Nurse - Quality Improvement - Home Care tracks and analyzes trends and outcome reports and advises management on areas to improve upon. May be responsible to ensure all institute or government regulations are adhered to. Additionally, Head Nurse - Quality Improvement - Home Care requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Head Nurse - Quality Improvement - Home Care supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. Front Desk Receptionist
This position works at the front desk and is the first person a visitor to Arnolds Home Improvement sees when they come to our office. This position consists of a variety of duties and responsibilities that support the alignment and achievement of Group and Company goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
o Greet visitors
o Dress professionally as you are the first image of Arnolds Home Improvement for visitors
o Take incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person
o Take walk-in job applicants and process their applications
o Set an interview with appropriate AHI Personnel for job applicants
o Post hiring adds for open positions under the supervision of management
o Attend training and update meetings as needed
o Abide by all the company rules and industry regulations
o Maintain a positive outgoing attitude, stay organized, achieve business Group and Company goals.
o Answering phones, send out reminder letters, post cards and thank you cards
o Input data into our software customer tracking program
o Making collection calls and sending reminder letters
o Document scanning for our company wide document storage system
o Professionally greet visitors
o Maintain a professional appearance
o Be a positive example for all others
o Work with management on projects as needed
o Be on time, be at your desk and ready to work before you clock in
o Keep a clean and organized desk
o Highschool Diploma or GED
o Incoming call and information request experience preferred
o Microsoft Office proficiency with strong Excel skills
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills with team, customers and vendors
o Ability to prioritize, identify and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner
o Monitors own work to ensure quality, accuracy and thoroughness
o Dependable and punctual
