Head Teller ensures the daily operational activities of the teller line are executed with accuracy and fulfill required service standards. Processes and records routine transactions, handles complex or unusual customer transactions, and answers more complex customer inquiries. Being a Head Teller depending on policy, may authorize certain transactions. Assists with teller onboarding, training, and guidance. Additionally, Head Teller is responsible for vault oversight and the daily auditing, reporting, and balancing processes. Oversees each teller's daily reconciliation and assists if needed. Ensures that tellers comply with all operating, regulatory, and security policies and procedures. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Head Teller supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Head Teller typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Job Summary
As a Draft Beer Quality Technician (DQT), you are responsible for ensuring local bars/restaurants serve the highest quality pints of draft beer. A typical day will consist of visiting customer locations to keep their draft beer systems clean and pouring great beer as well as building relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders on their route.
Responsibilities and Duties
Draft Beer Quality Technicians clean and service draft beer lines in restaurants and bars. Candidates must demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, mechanical skills, high integrity, self-motivation, and a willingness to provide excellent quality of work and customer service.
This position is part-time. The position will consist of 6-7 hours of work per day, 3 days per week. 18-21 hours per week total possible overtime. The 3 days per week are flexible but will be during the week, Monday-Friday, within the hours of 8am-5pm. No early morning, evening, or night shifts available.
Qualifications and Skills
No previous experience required as we provide training on draft beer system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
