Construction Finisher/Laborer

Head Inc. – Project: McEntire JNGB, Columbia/Eastover, SC

Head Inc is looking for a concrete finisher with at least 5 years experience, excavation/heavy equipment experience and Class A CDL a plus. We offer an attractive benefits package, weekly pay and pay based on experience. We will be relocating to a new job in July and would prefer someone willing to travel.

Responsibilities:

Ability to operate a variety of construction equipment and tools

Ability to take direction and complete tasks in a timely fashion

Ability to set string line to grade for concrete forms

Ability to read tape measurer, plans and site maps

Ability to maintains a safe and clean work environment

Ability to read prints and plans to determine scope of work, layouts, form setting, pouring concrete and calculate quantities of needed materials

Requirements:

Concrete Finishing: 5 years-preferred

Experience and knowledge of layouts, form setting and pouring concrete

Excavation experience: 5 years a plus

CDL Class A – a plus

Active driver's license in good standing, required

Must be dependable, detail oriented and able to work well and safely with others

Must pass background to get on military base and drug screen, no previous felonies or current probation.

Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Experience:

• Construction Experience: 5 years (Preferred)
• Concrete Finishing: 5 years (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Eastover, SC 29044: Relocate before starting work (Required)
