Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service and hospitality, with a focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Duties:

- Develop and create innovative menus that meet the needs and preferences of our guests

- Plan and execute daily food preparation, ensuring high-quality dishes are served

- Manage inventory control to minimize waste and maintain cost efficiency

- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to coordinate banquet events and special functions

- Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment to ensure proper functioning

- Stay updated on industry trends and new culinary techniques

Experience:

- Proven experience in a similar role within the food service industry

- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team

- Experience in menu planning, recipe development, and cost control

- Familiarity with inventory management systems

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
