    Main Purpose:

    Responsible for the Development and operationalization of the Commercial Kits & Ancillary Supply Service Business Plan in order to drive Marken as a market leader in commercialization of health care services. This includes defining the operational strategy and regulatory requirements in the region.


    Main Duties and Responsibilities

    • Function as the SME on the regional operational and regulatory environment and requirements.
    • Work with cross-functional SMEs to develop and operationalization the Kit and Ancillary Supply Business plan for respective region and according to the timelines and revenue expectations.
    • Work with cross-functional SMEs to drive innovation and automation for the Marken commercial kit production line for global operationalization.
    • Set up of regional operational structure including sourcing, procurement and the operational teams to support the fast-growing demand related to Commercial kits and Ancillary supply services as part of global function.
    • Ensure that business plan is created to meet market needs and trends.
    • Coordinate and work with IT to finalize technology selection and business requirements for kits and ancillary supplies according to regulations and requirements.
    • Coordinate and work with Business development and marketing to create the marketing and sales strategy in order to drive revenue goals.
    • Report, analyze and present KPIs and on-time reports internally and externally.
    • Close cooperation with Kit Production teams globally to ensure Commercial Kits & Ancillary Supply Services meets targets.

    Services:

    • Develop and grow the business plan by driving the management and commercial teams.
    • Assure client expectations are met and exceeded.
    • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.

    Operations:

    • Ensure work processes comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
    • Ensure operational processes are in accordance with QMS and SOPs as applicable.
    • Implement continuous improvements when problems / gaps are identified.
    • Travel approximately 25% of the time and according to client and business needs.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences discipline or equivalent experience
    • 2 years’ experience in a GDP / GMP environment
    • Line Management experience
    • Regulatory knowledge within Region in commercial Kits / Devices industry (EMA, MHRA, FDA, APAC countries)
    • GDP / GMP guidelines
    • Commercial supplies (Kits or Device)
    • Proven strategy development experience
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Organized, methodical and efficient approach to work
    • Proficient use of Microsoft applications
    • Fluent written and spoken English
