Become a Boar's Head Guest Services Agent! As a Guest Services Agent, you will greet, register, check-out and ultimately serve guests' through-out their stay, according to Forbes Travel Guide Standards.

Job Duties:

• Courteously greet and check-in/out guests using the Forbes Travel Guide Standards, while following proper procedures and attempting to honor all reasonable requests
• Reconfirm all necessary information pertinent to the reservation, types of accommodations, length of stay and number in party
• Maintain familiarity with The Boar's Head accommodations, locations, policies and procedures
• Maximize sales revenue through the sale of gift certificates and upgrades
• Hold full accountability for Front Desk cash circulation
• Practice proficiency with Hotel Management system
• Maintain awareness of all in-house VIP's and groups
• Give a favorable first and last impression to guests, creating an atmosphere for a repeat visit
• Post all charges before the end of the shift
• Keep front office area clean

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years previous experience delivering high-quality customer service
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment
• Ability to work early morning, evening, weekend and holiday shifts
• Ability to stand for duration of scheduled shift
