As the head of school, you'll be responsible for:- Creating a strategic plan for the school.
- Daily operations of the school.
- Compliance with all licensing/accrediting agencies.
- Ensuring sufficient staff/child ratios.
- Enforcing school policies.
- Building and maintaining enrollment at sustainable levels.
- Leading and building a team of collaborative personnel.
- Hiring, supporting, developing, managing, and retaining staff.
- Ensuring a high standard of the educational experience for all students.
- Building school culture and a strong student, parent, and staff community.
- Cultivating relationships with parents and engaging parents in the MSR culture.
- Communicating the mission of MSR to the wider community.
- Engaging in community outreach to enhance the status and reputation of MSR.

We would love to talk to you if you have:- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 3 years of formal Montessori teaching experience.
- 3 to 5 years of leadership/management experience.

We will prefer you over other candidates if you have:- Master's degree.
- AMS certification.
