Head of Ancillary Services directs and coordinates all aspects of non-nursing ancillary services like pharmacy, respiratory, medical records, and occupational or physical therapy. Sets policies and procedures and ensures all services meet the objectives of the organization. Being a Head of Ancillary Services requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Head of Ancillary Services typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. Employment Status: Full-time and Part-time
Compensation: $20.00 - $100.00 per hour
Relocation or Sign-On Bonus: Candidates may be eligible for a relocation package or sign-on bonus.
Schedule: Monday to Friday
