Head of Ancillary Services jobs in Richland, WA

Position Purpose: The Finance Assistant II shall be responsible to assist the finance department; prepare accounts receivable; process check requests; maintain the check register; promote an atmosphere conducive to effective operations and safety; and ensure services are made available in a courteous and professional manner.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• AA degree with accounting emphasis preferred;
• High School Diploma or equivalent; and
• At least two years work experience in a similar position.
• Extensive skill and knowledge in PC computers, accounting software, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases, including Microsoft office programs.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Please note that this is not an entry-level position. We are seeking candidates with experience in finance or accounting roles.

Pay: $21.52 - $26.90 per hour
