Sets policies and procedures and ensures all services meet the objectives of the organization. Being a Head of Ancillary Services requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Head of Ancillary Services typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. Position Purpose: The Finance Assistant II shall be responsible to assist the finance department; prepare accounts receivable; process check requests; maintain the check register; promote an atmosphere conducive to effective operations and safety; and ensure services are made available in a courteous and professional manner.
