Reporting directly to Zoom's CIO, the ideal candidate must blend business acumen with technical expertise, fostering collaboration and proactivity. Essential skills include a hands-on leadership approach, to navigate multiple team collaborations in a dynamic global environment.
About the Team
This leader will guide a dynamic team comprising approximately 90 employees spread across 7 strategic locations, with a global mandate for crafting and implementing IT Infrastructure and End User Services strategies. Moreover, their focus will extend to three pivotal domains: Vision & Strategy, Service Management & Execution, and Organizational Development & Leadership.
Responsibilities encompass various service areas such as End User Services, Network Solution Management, on-site technical support, and security policy implementation. Additionally, this leader will act as a pivotal point person for Zoom's product testing and manage infrastructure support for engineering initiatives, including AI Labs and vendor relationships.

Driving strategic investments, monitoring SLAs, managing vendors, security compliance, and business continuity plans.

Focusing on maturing IT's pivotal role as Customer Zero for product development and mentoring the team for future readiness.
What we’re looking for
Possess a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience.
Fifteen years of experience in a leadership role in IT Infrastructure Technology / Operations.
5 years of senior management experience at the VP level or Sr. Director level.
Experience in managing a large global IT team in companies with 10k employees.
Experience in planning, designing, and implementing scalable always-on XaaS-based (SaaS, IaaS, etc.) solutions. Experience in on-premise IT infrastructure and support services with a 7x24 follow-the-sun model.
Possess the ability to excel at driving changes, developing partnership, building consensus, and fostering trust at all levels of organization.
Experience with technologies such as Identify and Access Management (Okta, SailPoint, etc.), OS (macOS, Windows, Linux, etc.) and EndPoint Management (Workspace One, Jamf, InTune, VDI, etc.), Vulnerability Management (Qualys, Tenable, etc.), Google Workspace, Proofpoint, SendGrid, etc.), Service Management (ServiceNow, Jira, PagerDuty, etc.), security tools (CrowdStrike, Digital Guardian, etc.), and IaaS (AWS, GCP, etc.)
