Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Head Housekeeper. As the Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility. This is a leadership role that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Duties:
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff, ensuring they adhere to established cleaning procedures and standards
- Assign daily tasks and monitor progress to ensure all areas are cleaned and maintained in a timely manner
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels are maintained
- Perform routine cleaning duties as needed, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
- Handle guest inquiries or concerns regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally
- Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety protocols and guidelines

Experience:
- Previous experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of custodial practices, floor care techniques, and industrial cleaning methods
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other departments
