Head of Anesthesiology is responsible for the efficient operation of anesthesia services. Develops, implements, and maintains anesthesia procedures and practices.     Position Overview:

    The Service Team Lead at A Head for Profits (AHFP) plays a pivotal leadership role within our organization. They are responsible for supporting market managers, the draft service department, and the installation department while overseeing direct subordinates in draft service. This position will report to the Director of Service Management (DSM), but will also have accountability to other company executives and ownership.

    Position Requirements:

    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in executing tasks based on provided directives.
    • Knowledge of draft beer systems.
    • Mechanical aptitude.
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
    • Ability to learn and retain product-specific information to convey features and benefits to the customer.
    • Personal and reliable vehicle required (gas card and $250 monthly car stipend provided)

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the AHFP recruiting department to conduct in-person interviews and make hiring recommendations for qualified candidates to fill open positions.
    • Ensure the quality control of service-related tasks and provide support with system installations to meet and exceed customer expectations.
    • Collaborate with other managers to organize field labor, manage materials and equipment, and address internal and external customer concerns.
    • Handle customer concerns related to service work, ensuring they are resolved in alignment with the company's policies and objectives.
    • Assess employee performance by utilizing company-provided tools & resources.
    • Organize, distribute, and track the use of company-owned tools and equipment.
    • Review service quotes before they are submitted to customers.
    • Provide constructive problem-solving and creative solutions in all operational categories.
    • Manage product and shipment receipts in the warehouse.
    • Assist management in weekly and monthly operational performance assessments.
    • Assess departmental needs and propose improvements.
    • Manage DST schedules for regular business hours and after-hours calls when applicable.

    Salary and Benefits:

    • Starting pay of $45,000

    Performance expectations:

    Fieldwork:
    • Service Calls and Audits: Team Lead will actively participate in the field by running 4-5 service calls weekly, spread over two days. The remainder of their time in the field is dedicated to conducting audits to ensure quality control.
    • In-Field Technician Training: An additional day is dedicated to in-field technician training. Managers are responsible for mentoring and guiding technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    Quality Control:
    • Enhanced Quality Control: Team Lead plays a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of service delivered by technicians. They are responsible for inspecting and ensuring that service tasks are completed to the highest standards.
    • Effective Training: By actively engaging in fieldwork and training, managers contribute to the ongoing development of technicians, ultimately leading to improved customer service and satisfaction.
    Market Building:
    • PMA Sign-ups: Hybrid Service Managers actively participate in market building by signing up Preventative Maintenance Agreements (PMAs) on a monthly basis. This proactive approach aids in the growth of the market.
    • Transition to Full-Time Service Manager: As the market grows to support the addition of a technician, the manager will transition into a full-time Service Manager role. However, they will continue to be involved in field activities, including training, auditing, and occasional call coverage.
