Responsibilities-

• - Lead and direct the kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking activities
• - Create innovative menus and recipes while maintaining high-quality standards
• - Manage inventory levels and control food costs effectively
• - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines
• - Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and procedures
• - Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events, banquets, and catering services
• - Oversee shift schedules and manage kitchen operations efficiently

Skills:

• - Proven experience in food service, culinary arts, or related field
• - Strong background in restaurant or hospitality industry
• - Excellent team management and leadership skills
• - Proficiency in food service management, including inventory control and cost management
• - In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and practices
• - Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• - Experience in shift management and overseeing kitchen operations
• - Familiarity with dietary department requirements is a plus

Pay: $65,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
