Head of Anesthesiology is responsible for the efficient operation of anesthesia services. Develops, implements, and maintains anesthesia procedures and practices. Being a Head of Anesthesiology works closely with hospital staff, department directors, and physicians to ensure the highest standards of quality and service are maintained. Manages a staff of anesthesia technicians and nurses. Additionally, Head of Anesthesiology requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a top management. The Head of Anesthesiology manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Head of Anesthesiology typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. SCHEDULE:
Weekdays 7:30am to 3:30pm, with paid holidays including the Thanksgiving, December, February and April school breaks, plus additional accumulated paid leave.

1. Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, learning environment for up to eight children under the age of 18 months old, working alongside two other classroom team members.
2. Advance physical and intellectual competence: Provide activities and opportunities that promote physical development and encourage communication, curiosity, exploration, and problem-solving appropriate to the developmental levels and learning styles of children.
3. Support social and emotional development and provide positive guidance through attachment, initiative, self-regulation and positive guidance.
4. Establish positive and engaging relationships with families of enrolled children.
