Role Description

We are seeking an Independent Client Care Representative with experience and connections in Palm Beach County. This representative will be responsible for managing, building and maintaining referral relationships and acquiring new clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying and contacting potential clients, presenting our services, and negotiating contracts. You will work closely with our team to understand client needs and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, respectful, and compassionate towards clients' care needs, and possess the same values of 365 In-Home care in tailoring care for our clients so that they can be the best version of themselves.

Qualifications

• Marketing experience in home care or related industry
• Proven experience in sales and customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Self-motivated and result-oriented
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in using sales tools and CRM software
• Understanding of the healthcare industry and senior care services is a plus

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $55,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
