    **PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS A CAREGIVER, APPLICANTS MUST HAVE TRANSFER AND LIFT EXPERIENCE***

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain relationships with qualified caregivers.
    • Conduct initial and ongoing caregiver screenings and interviews.
    • Create and manage caregiver schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for client needs.
    • Monitor caregiver performance and address any concerns or issues promptly.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date staffing records.

    ON-CALL MONDAY THRU SUNDAY EVERY OTHER WEEK (MUST ALSO HAVE THE FLEXIBILITY TO COVER LAST-MINUTE EMERGENCY SHIFTS WHEN ON-CALL).

    Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in scheduling and/or staffing, preferably in healthcare or a related field/minimum of 2-3 years caregiver experience (must be able to confidently use a Hoyer and or other lifts, transfer exp).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Compassionate and patient demeanor.
    • Valid driver's license, insurance and reliable transportation.
    • MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A NATIONAL CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK.
