Additionally, Head of Client Services - Home Care typically reports to top management. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with G-Tube Feeding
Trach suctioning, care and canula replacement, oxygen administration, venting experience
Medication Administration
Full knowledge of assessments and treatments
Respiratory treatments
Vest treatments
Sanitation/equipment cleaning
LPN's and RN's are required to be competent in communication skills, observation, assessment and documentation of care and infection control procedures
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while determining priorities and managing a changing environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community and workplace
Ability to work NOC Shift 9pm - 7am with weekend availability
