Head of Client Services - Home Care jobs in Lawrence, MA

Alternative Home Health Transportation is looking for someone to transport clients to an from their medical appointments. This is a salaried position, office work required!

Responsibilities:

Responsible for transportation of client to medical appointments.

Provides services in accordance with organization’s accepted standards of practice.

Communicate with supervisor regarding availability and scheduling conflicts

Provide at least 24 hours notice if unable to keep appointment

Work with the Administrator in filling out required forms and reporting.

Review of ongoing records of any adverse events will be maintained in files and reviewed semiannually.

Office work as needed!

Qualifications:

- Has a minimum of three year’s driving experience violation free.
- Communicate effectively with staff, nursing personnel, physicians, patients, families, administration and outside organizations.
- Relate to and work with ill, disabled, emotionally upset and, at times hostile people.

- Travel to prospective clients’ residences maintain resident confidentiality at all times

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects if required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $840.00 per week
