We are currently accepting applications for a full-time RN Home Health Case Manager for our Shawnee Home Health office. This position will be responsible for delivery and coordination of care to assigned home health patients. This area will include Shawnee, Tecumseh, Prague, Choctaw, Seminole, Wewoka and surrounding areas.
