**Job Overview:** We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator with a passion for assisting customers and providing exceptional service. This role involves interacting with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and promote products or services. **Duties:** - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide information about products and services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Upsell products or services to increase revenue - Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups or sales campaigns - Maintain accurate customer records through data entry - Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality **Requirements:** - Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus (Bilingual/Multilingual) - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively - Experience in sales or upselling preferred - Proficient in data entry and CRM software - Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend solutions - Comfortable with outbound calling Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and embark on a rewarding career where your communication skills and dedication to customer satisfaction will shine.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.82 - $25.75 per hour
