Head of Client Services - Home Care establishes the overall objectives and initiatives of client services. Ensures staff activities are in compliance with federal, state and local regulations. Being a Head of Client Services - Home Care plans and directs policies for client services and establishes service quality goals. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Head of Client Services - Home Care typically reports to top management. The Head of Client Services - Home Care manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Head of Client Services - Home Care typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. QUALIFICATIONS- A compassionate heart for older adults
- Valid driver's license and transportation
- Ability to travel 25 miles for any scheduled shifts
- The ability to lift, push and pull up to 25 pounds
- Daily access to email, the Internet, and a mobile phone
