Head of Home Care leads and directs the daily operations of a home health care agency. Establishes and implements quality standards for patient care. Being a Head of Home Care measures and monitors patient satisfaction and outcomes. Ensures that all operations and reporting requirements comply with regulations. Additionally, Head of Home Care requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Head of Home Care manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Job Summary:
Clear Path Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregiver to provide quality care to our clients in the Baird, Texas area.
This is an hourly position in the home care field, where the caregiver will work directly with clients in their homes.
The current shift day/times that need filled are:
Tuesday and Thursday 10am-12:30pm
Compensation & Benefits:
The In-Home Caregiver position offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $15 an hour, with weekly pay.

Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Monitor and record changes in client's health and report any concerns to management
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, sweeping, moping, dusting, etc
• Escort clients to appointments, errands, and recreational activities
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure quality care is being provided
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
• 1 year previous caregiving experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
