Head of Home Care jobs in Columbus, GA
Head of Home Care leads and directs the daily operations of a home health care agency. Establishes and implements quality standards for patient care. Being a Head of Home Care measures and monitors patient satisfaction and outcomes. Ensures that all operations and reporting requirements comply with regulations. Additionally, Head of Home Care requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Head of Home Care manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Head of Home Care typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. 6. Home safety and sanitation
7. Infection control in the home
8. Medically related activities including the taking of vital signs
9. Proper nutrition'

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour

- Day shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
