Being a Head of Home Care measures and monitors patient satisfaction and outcomes. Ensures that all operations and reporting requirements comply with regulations. Additionally, Head of Home Care requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Head of Home Care manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. We are hiring for full time and part-time positions starting at $18/hr. Open availability is a plus, but not necessary.
Full time employees are eligible for our full benefits package (health/dental insurance) for $40/month. All employees also accrue paid time off based on how many hours they work and their longevity with the company. Raises are available at management's discretion and bi-annual bonuses are available.

Being an in-home care provider means assisting our members with their activities of daily living (ADLs) and/or providing social supervision, homemaking, life coach and companion hours. Assistance with bathing, hygiene, meal preparation and mobility are common.
