Head of Home Care leads and directs the daily operations of a home health care agency. Establishes and implements quality standards for patient care. Being a Head of Home Care measures and monitors patient satisfaction and outcomes. Ensures that all operations and reporting requirements comply with regulations. Additionally, Head of Home Care requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Head of Home Care manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Head of Home Care typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.   • Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) in Killeen, TX and surrounding areas.

    Pay Range: $40,000 - $75,000

    Angels of Care nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care and make a difference in the lives of their patients and families.
    We are looking for Registered Nurses (RN) & Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to work full-time and part-time shifts (days, nights and weekends available). Job duties include but are not limited to:

    • Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
    • Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
    • Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
    • Coordination of care
    • Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes
    • Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient
