Head of Home Care leads and directs the daily operations of a home health care agency. Establishes and implements quality standards for patient care. Being a Head of Home Care measures and monitors patient satisfaction and outcomes. Ensures that all operations and reporting requirements comply with regulations. Additionally, Head of Home Care requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Head of Home Care manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Seeking a great caregiver in Williamstown, PA.
Schedule is the following: Thursday and Friday 10am-6pm (16 hours total) and Saturday's 5pm-10pm (5 additional hours on the weekend).
Assignment is 21 hours a week.
Permanent assignment.
Client lives on Tunnel St. Williamstown, PA.
Must have a recent TB test within the last year or be willing to get one prior to working. Weekend pay is 14 an hour.
