Elite Professionals is hiring for RN LEADERS, your job as an admissions focused RN is to review, assess, and assist patients as they begin their Home Care Journey. Your primary focus is to assess and complete a thorough admission to our agency, identify special programs within Élite that will assist patient in improved health, create the Plan of Care, provide recertification's for care as needed, discharge, resumptions of care if patient hospitalization occurs, Staff supervision, education, and plan of care creation.

The RN will complete 32 Points/40 Hours each work week. Ability to make beyond the $77,708 is UP TO YOU!! Visits will be scheduled between the hours of 0800-1800. Our RN Case Managers focus their time on Admissions/Recertification's/Resumptions of Care/and Assessments. $77,708 is a guaranteed base!
Average annual in-town mileage for RN = $5,000 annual.
RETENTION BONUS: A total of $5,000.00 will be paid to individual employee for the purposes of recruitment and retention. This $5,000.00 will be paid over the course of two-years as follows:
1st installment at 6 month employment review/evaluation, 2nd at 1 year employment review/evaluation, and final at 2 year employment review/evaluation
1st installment @ 6 month review/evaluation = $1,000.00
2nd installment @ 1 year review/evaluation = $2,000.00
3rd installment @ 2 year review/evaluation = $2,000.00
TO TOTAL $5000.00 over a 2-year commitment period
