Head of Home Care leads and directs the daily operations of a home health care agency. Establishes and implements quality standards for patient care. Being a Head of Home Care measures and monitors patient satisfaction and outcomes. Ensures that all operations and reporting requirements comply with regulations. Additionally, Head of Home Care requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Head of Home Care manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Head of Home Care typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. The current opening is for shifts in Port Arthur. 7a-6p Monday – Friday or 12a-7a 3 days a week
-LVN range from $19.00-$30.00 per hour (depending on experience, shift, and acuity)
-RN range from $25.00-$40.00 per hour (depending on experience, shift, and acuity)
*Shift differentials for nights and for weekends
