Being a Head of Home Care measures and monitors patient satisfaction and outcomes. Ensures that all operations and reporting requirements comply with regulations. Additionally, Head of Home Care requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Head of Home Care manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. We value our Caregivers and want to invest in you! We cover most costs for pre employment screenings including certification, TB testing, drug screening, and physicals. Caregivers will be responsible for providing their own CPR and First Aid. We also provide our Caregivers with quality training both at hire and continued education throughout their employment.
