Head of Home Care jobs in Saginaw, MI
Head of Home Care leads and directs the daily operations of a home health care agency. Establishes and implements quality standards for patient care. Being a Head of Home Care measures and monitors patient satisfaction and outcomes. Ensures that all operations and reporting requirements comply with regulations. Additionally, Head of Home Care requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Head of Home Care manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Head of Home Care typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. What you will be doing as Home Health Aides (HHA) / Caregiver
- Enable clients to stay in their homes by providing support and personal care assistance such as, bathing, dressing, toileting and grooming.
- Support clients by providing light housekeeping and laundry services; shopping for food and other household requirements; preparing and serving meals / snacks and running errands.
- Keep clients engaged through conversation, games and other forms of entertainment.
Some of our requirements:
- Experience providing personal care for others is preferred
- Valid Driver’s License, and Auto Insurance (preferred)
- Must be willing and able to work occasional weekends
