Head of Home Care leads and directs the daily operations of a home health care agency. Establishes and implements quality standards for patient care. Being a Head of Home Care measures and monitors patient satisfaction and outcomes. Ensures that all operations and reporting requirements comply with regulations. Additionally, Head of Home Care requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Head of Home Care manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Head of Home Care typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. We are currently looking for caregivers who have general daytime availability and are able to drive/transport clients. We do not currently have a need for nightshift or non-drivers at this time

    Caregiver Job Duties:
    Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to): 
    • Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.) 
    • Cooking and/or serving meals 
    • Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom 
    • Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies 
    • Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments 
    • Monitoring and reporting on their condition 
    Additional Information:
    • Our hiring process is fast and simple! Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation and training, you can start working with clients! 
    • If you do not have a current HCA or CNA license, you will be required to enroll in our HCA training program we offer (due to state requirements). You will be able to complete the training while working and will have 120 days to complete it. 
    Requirements :
    • 18 years  
    • Ability to pass a state and national background check 
    • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record 
    • Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed
