Head of Housekeeping directs and coordinates the daily operations of a housekeeping services department to ensure offices, patient/guest rooms, and other specified areas are kept in a clean and orderly condition. Conducts inspections of facilities and recommends repairs and upgrades when needed. Being a Head of Housekeeping ensures compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations. May create quality standards and monitors the implementation. Additionally, Head of Housekeeping may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to top management. The Head of Housekeeping typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be a Head of Housekeeping typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Job Summary:
The Assistant Market Manager (AMM) is a management position that reports directly to the Market Manager (MM). The AMM is accountable for the day to day activity, performance, and operational obligations as set by A Head for Profits and as assigned by the Market Manager.
Areas to include: daily operations, human resource, any contractual obligations, brewer relations, wholesaler relations and retail client relations. This role provides direction, leadership and management to the Draft Quality Technicians (DQT).
This position will report directly to the Market Manager but will have accountability Director of Line Cleaning Operations.

Hours may vary and may occasionally require evening and weekend work depending on business needs.
Travel:
Travel is required on a limited basis. Localized travel is expected and annualized travel for meetings and trainings should be anticipated as a regular part of this position. Travel will encompass the defined market place but also AHFP's corporate offices periodically.
