The primary functions and responsibilities of this position are as follows:
Clean resident rooms, dining rooms, hallways, and other parts of the Vacuum carpets, scrub floors, clean sinks, toilets, and windows.
Follow material safety data sheets (MSDS) and operate housekeeping equipment
Perform cleaning procedures and observe waste disposal procedures in accordance with facility
Identify and report any equipment malfunction or any area in poor repair to
Required attendance for in-service training programs.
Observe infection control procedures related to Housekeeping D
Follow "Resident's Rights" policy at all
Come to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality.
Come to work in neat, clean attire and consistently represent an appropriate professional appearance.
Ability to understand and comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations and requirements.
Must be willing to work harmoniously with other personnel as well as be willing to handle residents based on whatever cognitive level at which they are currently functioning.
Schedule for this position will be 6am - 2pm with occasional weekends
