Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a critical care setting, demonstrating expertise in various medical procedures and acute care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and interpret vital signs and patient status
- Perform venipuncture and IV therapy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
- Provide education to patients and families on disease management and treatment options
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Requirements:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum of [1 ] year of experience in ICU or critical care setting
- Proficiency in ER, triage, diagnostic evaluation, acute care, and hospice palliative medicine
- Experience in infant care, catheterization, nursing home, and behavioral health
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- BLS and ACLS certification
