*Infant/Toddler Teacher Trainee Program: Individuals may be eligible to earn their Child Development Associate (CDA) credential while working with us. Interested candidates must meet all other eligibility requirements. As a trainee, you will be working directly alongside Infant/Toddler teachers in the classroom as well as taking courses for the CDA program. NPHS covers the cost of the CDA program, and our trainees earn a wage of $12.25 per hour while they are getting on the job training for their positions.
