Head of Nursing plans and directs all nursing personnel. Develops and implements nursing policies, objectives, and initiatives. Being a Head of Nursing reviews nursing department operations to ensure compliance with established standards. Ensures that all patients receive the highest quality care. Additionally, Head of Nursing requires a master's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to top management. The Head of Nursing manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function. Through a mutual passion for the hospitality industry, Sculpture Hospitality (sister company to A Head for Profits) was founded in 1987 to help bars and restaurants realize the profits they deserve.
Responsibilities and Duties
Beverage inventory specialists travel to bars & restaurants to perform audits of alcohol inventory which can include lifting and weighing kegs (up to 150 lbs at a time), weighing liquor bottles, and providing reporting on audits.
Typical work hours are M-Thursday 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. However, we are very flexible to scheduling needs and can typically provide accommodations
Responsibilities & qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license
- Able to lift 150 lbs
- Hands-on quick learner
- Detail oriented
- Self-driven and trusted to work independently
No previous experience is required as we provide training.

Starting Salary: Starting at $16.00/hr with potential for a merit-based pay increase after a 90-day review
