Duties:

• Assisting patients with daily activities (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating).
• Conducting patient transfers and transport.
• Monitoring vital signs and patient behavior, reporting to the nursing team.
• Providing emotional support and social stimulation to patients.
• Assisting with medical procedures and ensuring medication is taken according to the prescription.
• Maintaining patient rooms and common areas to uphold hygienic standards.
• Accurate documentation of patient observations and care.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree in a healthcare-related field is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment and maintain focus under pressure.
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using pharmacy software programs.
• 18 years of age or older
