Health Education & Coaching Director provides supervision and direction to a team responsible for providing proactive healthcare education and coaching to plan members. Develops and implements various health education programs and materials designed for plan enrollees, employers, and providers. Being a Health Education & Coaching Director monitors, assesses, and reviews educational programs for effectiveness. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area. Additionally, Health Education & Coaching Director typically reports to senior management. The Health Education & Coaching Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Health Education & Coaching Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. - Always meets/exceeds NJ licensing standards.

- Hire and train new staff effectively and efficiently.
- Create a community with employees.
- Frequently checking in with staff.
- Working on social media/marketing campaigns.
- Setting up tours with families for enrollment.
- Performing annual reviews with staff.
- Ensuring the facilities are well maintained and cleaned according to state regulations.
- Grow NJ Kids experience.
- Understanding of NAEYC guidelines.
- Guiding staff through Professional Development.
- Sending out monthly newsletters and calendars.
- Planning onsite events, shows and trips for the summer calendar.
- Understanding, implementing, and training staff on Creative Curriculum.
- Understanding basics of budgeting.
- Overseeing and assisting the day-to-day operations of the center.
- Increasing the school enrollment and revenue.
- Working with our school technology programs/train staff.
- Meeting with families daily.
- Run Special Events for the school (e.g.: Open houses, STEM Events, Ice Cream Social).
- Programming (Procare, Procare Engagement App, Intellikids).
