As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of our business operations.     DUTIES

    • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to fostering a customer service environment
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions
    • Lead and supervise a team of admin staff and teachers, providing guidance and support
    • Drive business development initiatives to expand our customer base and increase sales
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute programs and initiatives
    • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)
    • Proven experience in office and business management
    • Experience managing programs - tutoring, college planning and test prep
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
    • Working in an educational environment with students is REQUIRED
    • Excellent project management skills, the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans
    • Proficient in financial analysis and budget management
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and thrive in a fast-paced environment

    Business Hours: Tues/Wed/Thurs/Friday: 12 – 7:30pm, Saturday 8:30am – 6pm.

    Business hours change during winter and summer breaks.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: From $68,000.00 per year
